WHO WE ARE

Charlene J. Reynolds established Creative NxGen Petroleum, LLC in 2017. The original plan was a joint venture with a fuel retailer, but plans changed. Despite the lack of industry experience, Charlene's 21 years of experience as a commercial insurance and surety bond agent kicked in. It propelled her to form a dynamic team.

As a full service supplier, Creative NxGen has strategically added new services to enhance customer experience and reduce cost, introduced fuel cards, wireless tank monitoring services, and above-ground storage tanks. For those ever occurring spills, we utilize hazardous and non-hazardous biodegradable and environmentally friendly spill kits.

Eddie was our first company driver, the first to drive every truck in our fleet. He demonstrated his loyalty and commitment right from the start. The company flew him to Houston, Texas to pick up our first fuel truck. Eddie drove the truck to Richmond through six states. He was attentive to detail, a great trainer, safety conscious, and loyal. He was always willing to go the extra mile to get products to our customers day or night, seven days a week. Eddie Townes will forever be a member of our team. We truly miss him and are grateful for the contributions he made as a part of the Creative NxGen team.
